my facebook app always requires refresh and it never shows tracking.... only shows a red dot which is the current spot.

I'd like to display the app on a Fan Page. I added the App to my Fan Page, but it doesn't display. Only allows it to be displayed on my Profile page.
What do I need to do to get the app displayed on my fan page?
