I&#39;m with &#39;Telus Phone Company&#39;, here in Canada and I really want to get two new phones so I can find my son who has a disability. Will it work on all phones or even in Canada? Will it run in the back ground or will he have to keep logging in? If he does that will not work because of his disability. Please help me if you can with some answers?
